Our Mission
Transforming Southern Italy's Cultural and Creative Industries into a resilient, competitive, and future-oriented ecosystem, bridging skills gaps and strengthening the region's ability to attract, develop, and nurture talent through a proactive system of analyzing and anticipating professional needs.
Aligning regional and European funding opportunities with the development needs of digital, green, and entrepreneurial skills, we will strengthen the sector's human and professional capital, leveraging cultural heritage as a driver of innovation, sustainable growth, and social cohesion.
Through strategic interregional partnerships, we will co-design a scalable national model capable of overcoming the sector's fragmentation and promoting structured collaboration between public, private, and third-sector stakeholders, creating a dynamic, integrated ecosystem ready to face the challenges of the future.
